About the role#
DigiPen Institute of Technology is hiring a Student Teaching Assistant for the Fall 2026 term. This part-time position involves supporting the instructor and students for the CG-2001 course. You will work 9 hours per week, consisting of 3 hours during lecture and 6 hours of lab time.
What you'll do#
- Assist the instructor with academic tasks during and outside of class.
- Monitor the MS Teams channel and chat to answer student questions.
- Evaluate student Maya scenes to diagnose issues and provide recommendations.
- Host lab hours on campus or via video calls to help students with assignments.
- Track and report your hours worked.
What you'll need#
- Current matriculated student status at DigiPen Institute of Technology.
- Good academic standing and a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Completion of CG-2001 or CG-225 with a grade of B or better.
- Ability to work within the state of Washington.
