About the role#
Dewberry is looking for a Telecom/Civil Engineering Intern to join our team in Boston for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position where you will gain hands-on experience by working on projects similar to those handled by our full-time staff. You will also participate in professional development workshops and a summer-long group project with firm leaders.
What you'll do#
- Assist project managers in preparing construction and permitting documents for telecommunication, technology, and EV projects.
- Perform field work to collect data for design preparation.
- Conduct construction inspections on completed installations.
- Write reports for project closeout packages.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a B.S. program for Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, Civil 3D, or HydroCAD.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A desire to work in a team environment.
- Previous internship experience is a plus.

- Pay: $18.75 to $29.75 per hour.
