About the role#
The Global Product Information team creates documentation and training deliverables for Dematic solutions, subsystems, and products. This co-op position supports the training and certification content development team. You will work alongside an Instructional Designer to build course content and refine development processes.
What you'll do#
- Participate in needs analysis sessions with subject matter experts.
- Develop training curriculum and build course content.
- Use online instructional design tools to create and publish training materials.
- Research, test, and update existing training materials.
- Perform administrative duties related to course development.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a relevant program such as Communications, Human Resources, Graphic Design, or Business Administration.
- Ability to analyze training needs and translate them into effective curriculum.
- Experience or interest in designing and building instructional content.
- Capability to collaborate with colleagues on development and review processes.
