About the role#
This Summer Associate position supports healthcare and life sciences clients. You will join a team focused on solving complex business problems for providers and health plans. The role involves working with diverse global clients to address industry shifts through strategic guidance and process redesign.
What you'll do#
- Analyze client issues and interview staff members.
- Formulate recommendations and assist with the implementation of solutions.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve business performance.
- Conduct high-level analyses and share findings with team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to embed technology insights into client operating models.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university with an expected graduation date in Spring or Summer 2028.
- Pursuit of a Master’s degree or higher in MHA, MPH, MHSA, or MSN with a focus on Health Informatics.
- A strong academic track record.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
Location & details#
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 50 percent.
- Location: Must live within a commutable distance of your assigned office.
- Compensation: $2,211 per week.
