About the role#
As an Enterprise Strategy Summer Associate, you will work with Fortune 500 clients to navigate complex business challenges. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping executives make high-stakes decisions that shape their organizations. The role focuses on connecting strategy to execution, moving beyond theoretical planning to create tangible value.
What you'll do#
- Structure undefined problems and set the path forward for project teams.
- Guide teams through the entire process from initial analysis to final recommendation.
- Dig into data, pressure-test insights, and develop clear, actionable perspectives for clients.
- Lead specific workstreams while collaborating with a broader project team.
- Communicate strategic recommendations directly to executives.
- Shape agendas that turn organizational ambitions into measurable outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with an expected graduation date between Spring and Summer 2028 for an MBA or equivalent program.
- At least 3 years of full-time work experience.
- A strong academic track record.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
