About the role#
Davenport & Company is hiring interns for the summer of 2027. You will work from our headquarters in Richmond, Virginia. This role offers exposure to both the Asset Management and Equity Research departments. You will gain hands-on experience with a firm that manages over $10 billion in assets and provides fundamental analysis on hundreds of stocks.
What you'll do#
- Conduct fundamental analysis on securities.
- Support senior analysts with financial modeling tasks.
- Assist the team with writing reports.
- Focus on investment research projects.
What you'll need#
- You must be a rising college Junior or Senior.
- A background in Finance or Economics is required.
- You need proficiency in Excel.
- You must have superior writing skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship at $30 per hour.
- The role is based on-site in Richmond, Virginia.
