About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Summer 2026 internship within the Finance department at Dassault Falcon Jet. The intern will conduct a physical audit of fixed assets to verify their condition, location, and inventory status.
What you'll do#
- Obtain and organize the asset audit plan.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the audit process.
- Physically validate fixed asset tags against the master listing.
- Inspect the condition of assets and document any exceptions.
- Track audit results and complete necessary disposal paperwork.
- Prepare and present a summary report for management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Residency in the United States.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preference is given to students majoring in Accounting or Finance.
