Summer Intern - Fixed Asset Audit

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid Summer 2026 internship within the Finance department at Dassault Falcon Jet. The intern will conduct a physical audit of fixed assets to verify their condition, location, and inventory status.

What you'll do#

• Obtain and organize the asset audit plan.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the audit process.
• Physically validate fixed asset tags against the master listing.
• Inspect the condition of assets and document any exceptions.
• Track audit results and complete necessary disposal paperwork.
• Prepare and present a summary report for management.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
• Residency in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Preference is given to students majoring in Accounting or Finance.

• Compensation: $20.00 per hour, eligible for overtime.
