About the role#
This internship supports the startup of the Melbourne MRO Facility and the deployment of the Corridor system. You will assist with technical administration, process development, and logistical support for internal learning initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Administer the Corridor Work Order application, including managing group permissions.
- Update Part Masters using the Part Master Updater tool and import new customers and vendors via the Spider tool.
- Develop and maintain APIs to integrate Corridor data with other systems.
- Associate Crystal Reports with the correct menu items and assist with tool management, including imports and calibration data.
- Propose and develop processes to utilize Corridor for repair station functions such as logbook entries, work paks, and discrepancy collection.
- Support internal learning activities by utilizing Learning Management Systems and assisting with onboarding facilitation.
- Participate in peer evaluations to provide feedback on training materials and enhance the learner experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program, specifically in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects with creativity and sound judgment.
- Professional communication skills for interacting with visitors, vendors, auditors, employees, and senior management.
