About the role#
This internship supports the startup of the Melbourne MRO facility and the deployment of the Corridor system. You will assist with system administration, internal learning logistics, and process development to support repair station functions.
What you'll do#
- Administer the Corridor Work Order application, including managing group permissions, updating part masters, and importing customer and vendor data.
- Develop and maintain APIs to integrate Corridor data with other systems.
- Suggest and develop processes to support repair station functions such as discrepancy collection, logbook entries, and work paks.
- Assist with tool management, including imports of tool masters and calibration data.
- Provide logistical support for internal learning activities and use Learning Management Systems to facilitate courses.
- Participate in peer evaluations to provide feedback on learning materials and assist with onboarding class facilitation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program, specifically in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects with creativity and sound judgment.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with visitors, vendors, auditors, employees, and senior management.
