About the role#

Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking an intern for an 11-week summer program. This full-time, on-site position focuses on automating financial reporting for the Customer Service Program. You will work directly with the team to analyze current workflows, develop reporting mockups, and document technical processes.

What you'll do#

• Develop a mockup to automate specific Customer Service Program financial reporting.
• Document all datasets, logic, and macros required to support the reporting tool.
• Analyze current reporting workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, validate reporting needs, and organize project documentation.
• Support the testing, review, and refinement of the reporting mockup and related documentation.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to create clear process and technical documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Excel formulas, macros, or basic automation concepts is a plus.
• French language skills are preferred to assist with interactions with the parent company.

• Term: Summer 2026 (July 6 through September 18, 2026).
