About the role#

Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking an intern for a 9-week summer program. This role involves supporting business operations through data management, contract analysis, and project support within the aviation and aerospace component manufacturing industry. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position.

What you'll do#

• Enter backlog claims into SAP to ensure accurate capture and recording of FalconCare contract costs.
• Gather, verify, and input vendor contractual information into SAP to assist with cost recovery efforts.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, following up on any missing or inconsistent details.
• Support business development by creating organized presentations for FalconCare feature projects.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain documentation, organize data, and meet project deadlines.
• Perform additional administrative and analytical tasks as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Information Systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize work, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive claims and contractual information.
• Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems is preferred.

• Location: Little Ferry, New Jersey.
• Term: Summer 2026 (June 1 through August 7, excluding the week of June 22).
• Work Modality: On-site.
