About the role#
The Senior Workday Student Analyst designs, analyzes, and troubleshoots student business processes within the Workday ERP system. This role acts as a functional lead, working closely with end users and technical teams to develop testing strategies and improve workflows. You will serve as a key point of contact for system issues and help steer the implementation of new Workday modules.
What you'll do#
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday functionality issues independently.
- Lead quarterly testing and bi-annual release cycles for the Workday system.
- Collaborate with functional business owners in areas such as admissions, financial aid, and records.
- Act as an escalation point for user-reported problems.
- Manage and complete initiatives, themes, and epics to support business needs.
- Foster knowledge-sharing and best practices among technical and business partners.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Two years of experience working in Student Services with the Workday ERP system.
- Demonstrated experience in a student success area like registration, records, or admissions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in Agile or Lean environments.
- A Scrum Master or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desired.
Location & details#
This is a full-time, on-site position. You may be assigned to work at the Cedar Valley, Brookhaven, Mountain View, El Centro, or North Lake campuses. Work hours may occasionally extend beyond the standard Monday through Friday schedule, including weekends and holidays, to provide support for system needs.
