About the role#
This is a paid, 10-week summer internship for students interested in a career in retail store management. You will work 35 hours per week on-site. This role provides direct exposure to store leadership and operations.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and interact with customers.
- Learn daily store operations by working with Store Managers and District Leaders.
- Complete a business project that addresses a real opportunity and present your findings to leadership.
- Support operational tasks such as inventory management, stocking, and merchandise handling.
- Analyze store performance data to understand how operational decisions affect results.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, with graduation expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, for the full 10-week program.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.

- This position is based in Washington, DC, and Arlington, VA.
