About the role#
CT United is looking for a Gameday Experience Intern to help deliver a welcoming and memorable matchday environment for fans. This fan-facing role supports guest services, in-venue activations, and supporter engagement. You will gain hands-on experience in live event execution while helping ensure each match feels organized and community-driven.
What you'll do#
- Assist with planning and execution of matchday fan experiences.
- Staff fan zones, promotions, and in-venue activations.
- Serve as a frontline guest services ambassador.
- Support supporter groups and in-game entertainment.
- Gather fan feedback and post-match insights.
- Complete and present an assigned educational project.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university or college program, or recent graduation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and matchdays.
- Comfort working in live-event environments.
- Interest in live event management, hospitality, or event sponsorship.
- Prior experience with athletics, events, customer service, or operations.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
