Job Description: Position Overview CT United is looking for a Gameday Experience Intern to help deliver a welcoming, exciting, and memorable matchday environment for fans. This highly visible, fan-facing position supports guest services, in-venue activations, and supporter engagement to help ensure every match feels organized, energetic, and community-driven while providing hands-on experience in live event execution. Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. Academic credit may be available if required by your institution. Key Responsibilities Complete and present an assigned educational project Assist with planning and execution of matchday fan experience Staff fan zones, promotions, and in-venue activations Serve as a frontline guest services ambassador Support supporter groups and in-game entertainment Help gather fan feedback and post-match insights Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Enrolled in a university/college program or recent graduate (required) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds Ability to work nights, weekends, and matchdays Comfortable working in fast-paced, live-event environmentsInterest in live event management, hospitality, or event sponsorshipPrior experience with athletics, events, customer service, or operations Skills & Experience Gained
