About the role#
The Quality Engineering Intern will join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will assist the Engineering department with projects from initial scope definition through final implementation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support to internal customers.
- Advise on part manufacturability.
- Assist with the implementation of process and design improvements.
- Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO standards, and medical device requirements.
- Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work procedures.
- Partner with various business segments, including sales, marketing, customer service, engineering, and finance.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program for Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
