About the role#
The Quality Engineer Intern will provide technical support for quality projects, assisting the engineering department from the initial scope definition through to final implementation. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support to internal customers regarding part manufacturability.
- Assist with the implementation of process and design improvements.
- Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements.
- Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work.
- Partner with business segments including sales, marketing, engineering, quality, and finance.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program for Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and follow through on commitments.
