About the role#
The Chemical Engineer Intern joins our team in Dassel for the summer of 2027. You will provide technical support for manufacturing, quality, or operational excellence projects. You will assist the engineering department throughout the project lifecycle, from initial scope definition to final implementation.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support to internal customers.
- Advise on part manufacturability.
- Help implement process and design improvements.
- Complete other work-related duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program for Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Experience using measuring devices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers and suppliers.
