About the role#
We are looking for UX interns to help build the future of our human and AI agents platform. You will design the workflows and tools that power business automation for contact center operators. This role places you at the center of our work with LLMs and Generative AI, where you will shape how people interact with AI systems.
What you'll do#
- Generate new UX ideas for Conversation Intelligence and AI Agents.
- Analyze user and business challenges to propose practical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers to build and ship your designs.
- Support user research through usability testing, competitive analysis, customer interviews, and metrics analysis.
- Prototype quickly using tools like Figma, Cursor, Claude, and Voice API.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, ML experts, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Present your design concepts to supervisors and project teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree program for Design, HCI, or a related field.
- A strong academic record.
- A portfolio that shows user-centric design thinking, polished UI work, and innovative interaction ideas.
- Proficiency in prototyping with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, V0, or other modern AI tools.
- Practical experience in user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and user research.
- An adaptable, curious mindset and a desire to learn.
