About the role#
This internship provides an 8-10 week development experience for college students to explore the insurance industry. You will gain insight into the CRC Group organization and how different divisions contribute to our success. The role is part time and on-site in Seattle.
What you'll do#
- Learn about insurance, industry workflows, and our various divisions.
- Build analytical, technical, and decision-making skills through formal and informal training.
- Complete special projects to assist your department and learn about the corporate environment.
- Network with senior leaders, experienced teammates, and other interns.
- Receive regular feedback throughout the program.
- Complete all prescribed training.
What you'll need#
- Currently working toward a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain professional composure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- An interest in pursuing a career in insurance services is preferred.
- Previous work or internship experience.
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership aptitude.
