About the role#
This co-op position offers students hands-on experience within our Research and Development department. You will work on-site in Nashua, New Hampshire, starting in January 2027 and continuing through the summer. This is a paid, full-time opportunity designed to help you apply your academic knowledge to real-world business needs.
What you'll do#
- Support research and development projects, including continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in trials, which includes preparation, post-trial follow-up, testing, data analysis, and report generation.
- Conduct monthly lab and secure material audits.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year or MS engineering program, with a preference for Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Completion of at least one full year of college or university studies.
- Academic or work experience in a chemical or lab environment, or process technician support.
- Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to follow standard work instructions and work safely around chemicals and equipment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
