About the role#
We are looking for a Chemical Engineering Co-Op to join our Research & Development department in Nashua, New Hampshire. This is a full-time, paid position starting in January 2027 and continuing through the summer. You will gain hands-on experience by contributing to real business projects and working alongside our team of engineers.
What you'll do#
- Support research and development projects, including continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in trials, including trial preparation, testing, data analysis, and report generation.
- Conduct monthly lab and secure material audits.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a four-year or MS degree program in Chemical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering at an accredited school.
- Completed at least one full year of college or university studies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow standard work instructions and safety protocols when working with chemicals and equipment.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Academic or work experience in a lab, chemical environment, or process technician support is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
