About the role#
This Chemical Engineering Co-Op position offers hands-on experience within our Research and Development department. You will work on-site in Nashua, New Hampshire, starting in January or February 2027 and continuing through the summer. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Support research and development projects, including continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in trials, which includes preparation, post-trial follow-up, testing, data analysis, and report generation.
- Assist with monthly lab and secure material audits.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year or MS degree program in Chemical Engineering at an accredited school.
- Completed at least one full year of college or university studies.
- A strong interest in Organic Chemistry or Material Science.
- Academic or work experience in a chemical or lab environment.
- Ability to follow standard work instructions and work around chemicals and equipment while following safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A strong eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience in manufacturing is beneficial.
