About the role#
We are looking for a Recruiting and Internship Program Lead to manage two key areas: hiring new employees and building our internship program. You will own the full recruiting process from start to finish. You will also develop an internship program that gives students a great experience while creating a pipeline for future hires. You will work closely with hiring managers and leaders to represent our company to candidates and students.
What you'll do#
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Oracle ATS, referrals, events, and outreach.
- Coordinate interviews, communicate next steps, and maintain accurate records.
- Work with HR Operations to onboard new hires, including coordinating start dates and documentation.
- Partner with IT and Facilities to prepare workspaces and equipment.
- Manage the internship program end-to-end, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop intern work plans and set goals.
- Plan and execute learning sessions, social events, and networking opportunities.
- Manage program calendars, logistics, and event materials.
- Coordinate feedback cycles, midpoint reviews, and final intern presentations.
- Track program participation and outcomes to improve future cohorts.
What you'll need#
- 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple searches at once.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership of projects.
- Experience coordinating an internship or early-career program is preferred.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Handshake, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud, or comparable platforms is preferred.
- Experience using Canva or a similar design tool is preferred.
- Experience planning events, collecting feedback, and developing recruiting materials is preferred.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Milpitas, California.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- The annual salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 USD.
