About the role#
We are looking for motivated second-year law students to join our Summer Associate Program. This internship provides practical experience in family law by mirroring the responsibilities of a first-year associate. You will work alongside experienced attorneys and firm leaders to gain a foundational understanding of our practice. This program serves as a pathway for future career opportunities at the firm.
What you'll do#
- Draft and analyze legal documents for active family law cases.
- Conduct legal research and prepare trial materials.
- Attend court proceedings with our attorneys.
- Participate in client meetings to learn about case strategy.
- Work directly with a Litigation Partner.
- Attend firm-sponsored networking and social events.
- Assist with various tasks to support firm operations.
What you'll need#
- Current 2L student status at an accredited law school with an expected 2028 graduation.
- A minimum law school GPA of 3.0.
- A clear interest in building a career in family law.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to reside in the Orlando office location for the duration of the program.
- Flexibility regarding work locations after graduation.

- Location: Orlando, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $35 per hour.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
- Note: This position is not eligible for full-time employee benefits or bonuses.
