About the role#
The Product Solutions Intern joins our team for the summer of 2027. You will report to the Director of Product Solutions and support team priorities through cross-functional projects. This role offers exposure to product strategy, vendor management, and benefit administration. You will work on-site in St. Louis, Missouri, from June 1, 2027, through July 30, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Organize and document various product and vendor processes.
- Analyze data to find efficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Create team resources, presentations, and internal communications.
- Assist with project planning and tracking.
- Shadow meetings with internal stakeholders and vendors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Analytics, Operations, Health Care Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain integrity and handle confidential information.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The position is based on-site in St. Louis, Missouri.
