About the role#
The Ministry Engagement Intern supports initiatives to improve team efficiency, training effectiveness, process documentation, and data-driven decision-making. You will work with the Enablement Manager and cross-functional stakeholders on projects involving Salesforce, reporting, and workflow documentation. This role offers exposure to ministry service strategy and team effectiveness programs.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and process documentation.
- Support Salesforce data quality initiatives.
- Research and document workflow improvements and operational best practices.
- Participate in ministry service strategy meetings.
- Accompany team members on ministry visits or LCMS conferences for direct interaction.
- Collaborate with staff across the Ministry Engagement department and other internal teams.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing an academic path.
