About the role#
We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid position based in St. Louis. You will report to the Assistant Vice President of Customer Service and assist with data projects that support our mission.
What you'll do#
- Perform data analysis to support department goals.
- Build predictive modeling.
- Create and maintain our existing key performance indicators.
What you'll need#
- Current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically with a high comfort level in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints.
Location & details#
- This role is located on-site in St. Louis, Missouri.
- The internship term runs from June 1, 2027, to July 30, 2027.
- This position does not offer sponsorship.
