About the role#
The Project Support Intern manages calendars, facilitates communications, and coordinates projects for the Vice President of WTR International. You will help ensure that projects are planned and executed effectively while supporting coordination between various business functions. This is a temporary, full-time role.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with the planning, tracking, and coordination of new and ongoing projects to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain project timelines, report on progress, and manage follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain documentation and reports for key initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare presentations and reports for board reviews and key meetings.
- Attend meetings to provide summaries and action points to the leadership team.
- Provide general administrative support, such as expense reports, and coordinate with other departments to support operations.
What you'll need#
- Active pursuit or recent attainment of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to build interpersonal relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with office software tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience in an executive support or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
