About the role#
This 10-week summer internship is designed for MBA students interested in brand or general management. You will work on strategic projects and contribute to the growth of global brands. Participants gain exposure to leadership and receive mentorship throughout the program. Upon completing the internship and your MBA, you may be considered for the full-time rotational program starting in Fall 2028.
What you'll do#
- Perform strategic project work and participate in day-to-day business operations.
- Help drive growth for global consumer brands.
- Participate in a structured training program.
- Interact with company leadership.
- Attend networking sessions and social events in New York City.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited MBA program with an expected graduation date between April and June 2028.
- A minimum of 4 years of prior work experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and drive your own progress.
- Skill in balancing analytics, creativity, and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrated experience leading large cross-functional teams.
- Interest in the consumer goods industry.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
