About the role#
The CXEC Analyst Intern will support Hill's Pet Nutrition by analyzing service forecasting and planning. You will review customer interaction data to identify trends and gaps in coverage. The goal is to improve processes, minimize service interruptions, and support issue resolution.
What you'll do#
- Research best practices and benchmark KPI reporting for Contact Service Centers.
- Lead a continuous improvement initiative in partnership with Success Operations and Call Center leadership.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify service and efficiency trends.
- Share findings with teams to develop collaborative solutions for inefficiencies.
- Create communications to educate teams on product benefits and customer experience.
- Support cross-functional projects involving Commercial, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BA or BS degree program in Business Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Completion of junior year prior to the start of the internship.
- Expected graduation on or before May 2028.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
- Experience with SQL.
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
