About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Overland Park, Kansas. You will work in a hybrid capacity to assist the Global Digital Senior Analyst with digital measurement strategies and user experience optimization. This role focuses on data-driven decision making across global digital platforms.
What you'll do#
- Execute digital measurement strategies and collate CX user feedback.
- Track key performance indicators across Web, CRM, and digital platforms.
- Build, update, and maintain integrated analytics dashboards to visualize user journey insights.
- Compile data for monthly insight reviews and conduct data validation.
- Troubleshoot data issues across global reporting tools.
- Maintain training resources and assist with self-serve data tool upskilling.
- Support vendor management documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BA/BS degree program as a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
- A passion for pets is a plus.
