About the role#
The 2027 Commercial LEAD Program is a 10-week summer internship designed for MBA students interested in brand marketing, digital marketing, or customer development. This program provides an introduction to the Hill’s Pet Nutrition business. You will build professional networks, develop new capabilities, and lead projects within the organization. Successful completion of this summer program may lead to an offer for the full-time Commercial LEAD rotational program beginning in 2028.
What you'll do#
- Perform strategic project work while immersed in daily business operations.
- Help drive growth for science-led pet nutrition brands.
- Participate in a structured training program.
- Interact with leadership and receive mentorship.
- Attend networking sessions and social events in the Kansas City area.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited MBA program with a graduation date between April and June 2028.
- A minimum of 3 years of prior professional experience.
- Ability to multitask while balancing analytics, creativity, and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication skills to drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
- A collaborative approach to working in teams.
- Analytical skills to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Basic understanding of analytical tools or CPG data sets.
- A rapid, self-driven approach to learning.
- Passion for consumer goods.
- You must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without company sponsorship.
