Growth & Marketing Intern / New-Grad

About the role#

This role is for a Growth and Marketing Intern or New-Grad at Clera. You will own the demand generation engine at an early-stage AI recruiting platform. You will build processes that turn market insights into measurable pipeline while working within a small team.

What you'll do#

• Manage growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events.
• Use a scientific approach by formulating hypotheses, running A/B tests, tracking metrics, and iterating on results.
• Plan and optimize cold email outbound programs, including managing deliverability and sender reputation.
• Launch and run paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Create content including blogs, newsletters, social posts, and case studies.
• Develop and execute an SEO strategy that includes topic research and on-page optimization.
• Build marketing partnerships and organize events to drive attendance.

What you'll need#

• 0 to 3 years of experience across growth and marketing domains.
• Practical experience running cold email programs and managing deliverability.
• SEO skills including topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
• Familiarity with paid acquisition channels like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Ability to create content across blogs, newsletters, and case studies.
• Experience organizing events and managing partnerships.
• A background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Data Science.

Location & details#

• This position is based on-site in San Francisco, California.
• This is a full-time, paid role with visa sponsorship available.
• The internship term is on a rolling basis.
