About the role#
As a Software Development Intern, you will work alongside mentors and peers to design, build, and test software applications. You will learn to apply programming principles to real-world challenges while gaining experience in testing methods and system operations.
What you'll do#
- Learn development tools, programming concepts, and best practices with mentor guidance.
- Collaborate with team members throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Complete coding tasks independently and incorporate feedback from team leads.
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews.
- Document, implement, and test high-quality features.
- Master the team's business domain knowledge within your first few months.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year degree program for Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic programming skills in Java.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
