About the role#
The Client Service Analyst Intern supports the daily, monthly, and quarterly operational delivery for Clearwater Analytics. This role focuses on resolving customer issues and performing post-sales and implementation service tasks. The position is based in our Boise office and is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Communicate with customers through telephone, email, chat, and internal tools.
- Process customer requests and prepare documentation or tickets for inquiries.
- Reconcile investment portfolio transactions and holdings to ensure accurate reporting.
- Validate investment data against third-party market data sources.
- Record and report the status of operational delivery.
- Maintain documentation of service work to ensure information is accessible.
- Handle requests for company materials.
- Stay current on product enhancements and the investment accounting industry.
- Interact with website users, assist with client training, and gather product feedback.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge, including an understanding of financial statements, yield, and risk exposures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong general computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and math skills.
- An interest in pursuing full-time employment at Clearwater Analytics.
