About the role#
The Circle Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience running from June 1 to August 20, 2027. This program offers hands-on exposure to the technologies and systems powering global finance. You will work alongside professionals and mentors to contribute to projects that support our mission to raise global economic prosperity.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects within your assigned team, such as Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Revenue, Security, or Talent.
- Work with mentors and cross-functional partners to solve business challenges.
- Participate in team meetings, project planning sessions, and sprint cycles.
- Research, prototype, and present findings or solutions relevant to your area.
- Assist in improving documentation, processes, and tools.
- Learn and apply industry best practices.
- Demo your work at the end of the program to leaders and peers.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or Communications.
- A strong interest in technology, fintech, digital assets, blockchain, security, or financial infrastructure.
- Curiosity, initiative, and an eagerness to learn new concepts.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a distributed environment.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and follow through on commitments.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid summer internship.
- The program is remote-first with required in-person experiences in Miami, Florida, and New York City, New York.
- We are hiring for locations in New York City, Miami, Chicago, San Francisco, and Boston.
- Sponsorship is not available for this role.
