About the role#
As a Business Systems Analyst Co-op, you will join the technology team to support the design and implementation of large-scale projects. You will contribute to digital transformation efforts and help enhance the banking experience. This is a 4-month opportunity for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Work with Business Partners to guide the formulation of complex business requirements.
- Support solution design discussions.
- Build relationships with Business Partners, colleagues, and managers.
- Participate in projects to design strategic solutions that align with the enterprise architecture roadmap.
- Investigate complex problems and interpret data to inform decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in post-secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Intent to return to full-time studies following the work term.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Modality: Hybrid, with 1-3 days per week on-site.
- Employment: Full-time, paid co-op position.
