About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site in Bellingham, Washington, gaining hands-on experience in the agricultural industry. Please note that this is a safety-sensitive position under Washington law, which includes pre-employment drug testing for marijuana and its metabolites.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills, including scouting, product application, and mixing procedures.
- Carry out daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain quality standards.
- Keep accurate records and follow facility cleaning processes.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for equipment like sprayers, trucks, and conveyors.
- Provide customer service and support to our clients.
- Follow state, local, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- A basic understanding of crop protection and nutrient products.
