About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within the agricultural industry. You will work directly with our sales team in Elgin, North Dakota, to develop marketing strategies and engage with clients. The program focuses on building practical skills while you work alongside experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Engage with current clients and call on new accounts.
- Update clients on market trends, current quotes, and programs to help form marketing plans.
- Assist with the reporting and documentation of sales contracts.
- Support the sales team with billing and settlements.
- Collaborate with operational and administrative staff to improve information flow.
- Provide customer service and maintain professional relationships.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or other agriculture-related degree program.
- Previous internship experience.
- Familiarity with agriculture is preferred but not required.
