About the role#
We are hiring an Agronomy Operations Intern to join our team in Park Rapids, Minnesota. This paid, full-time internship is available for Summer 2027 and Winter 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in agronomy operations, work alongside experienced professionals, and assist in day-to-day business activities.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection, seed handling, and nutrient product management.
- Perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory quality and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like sprayers, trucks, conveyors, and loaders.
- Help customers and provide service as needed.
- Keep the work environment clean and compliant with safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related agriculture degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to operate machinery such as tractors, loaders, and conveyors.
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.
- A CDL license and forklift certification are preferred.
