About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Dickinson, North Dakota. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in the agriculture industry. The program runs through the winter and summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills including crop scouting, product application, and seed management.
- Handle mixing procedures, truck driving, and product delivery.
- Perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory quality and maintain accurate records.
- Keep the facility clean and organized.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like sprayers, floaters, conveyors, and trucks.
- Provide customer service and ensure all work meets safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related agriculture degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
