About the role#
The IT Co-op provides hands-on support to business and technical teams. You will assist with projects, system support, analysis, and process improvement initiatives. This role bridges business needs with technology solutions while you gain practical, real-world experience.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of new or improved systems and processes.
- Attend all Co-Op Program meetings, presentations, and activities.
- Participate in meetings with associates at all levels of the organization to learn and contribute to discussions.
- Communicate professionally with your manager, supported teams, and external partners.
- Help improve internal IT business processes and methods.
- Identify, track, and resolve issues affecting your tasks and assignments.
- Conduct quality assurance activities in support of design, analysis, and review efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma.
- Current enrollment in an institution of higher education.
- No more than 90 credit hours from a college or university.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to change.
- A process improvement mindset and an action-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A desire for new challenges in a business environment.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Durant, Oklahoma.
- Work is 100% on-site.
- This is a part-time position, limited to 20 hours per week.
- The term is rolling.
