2026-2027 Finance & Commercial MBA Development Program (FCMP) Intern (Returning Intern)

About the role#

The Finance & Commercial MBA Development Program (FCMP) is a multi-year initiative designed to develop future senior leadership within the company. This internship serves as a key entry point for the two-year rotational program. Interns spend 10-12 weeks in a single assignment at the corporate headquarters, gaining exposure to various business functions and interacting with senior management.

What you'll do#

• Experience various aspects of the business through a dedicated assignment.
• Build professional relationships across the organization.
• Gain direct exposure to senior leadership, including executive management.
• Attend training, social events, and networking opportunities with program members and alumni.
• Prepare for a potential two-year rotational program that includes four six-month assignments across Finance and Business & Commercial roles.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an MBA program.
• At least 3 years of pre-MBA work experience.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization (sponsorship is not available).
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Outstanding leadership potential, communication skills, and professional maturity.
• Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
