About the role#
As a Summer 2028 Audit Intern, you will gain direct insight into the public accounting profession. This position offers a foundation for your career by involving you in various client engagements under the guidance of multiple supervisors. You will work on-site in Reading, Pennsylvania.
What you'll do#
- Apply your accounting knowledge to real client work using firm technology.
- Shadow audit professionals across all levels of the organization.
- Participate in team building and training initiatives.
- Complete a marketing or research project and present your findings.
- Attend social functions, including team lunches and community service projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or related program. You should be two years from graduation.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- The ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel.
- Eligibility to work in the United States. Please note that we do not provide work sponsorship for this role.
