About the role#
This internship provides insight into the public accounting profession and helps you build a foundation for your career. You will work with multiple supervisors on various client engagements and shadow tax professionals at all levels. The role includes participation in team building, training initiatives, and a marketing or research project. You will also attend social functions like lunches and community service projects.
What you'll do#
- Apply accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Collaborate with supervisors on diverse tax engagements.
- Observe tax professionals in their daily tasks.
- Engage in firm training and team building activities.
- Present on a specific marketing or research project.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or related program.
- Expected graduation date within two years.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites, including frequent same-day travel.

- Compensation: $30 to $40 per hour.
