About the role#
This internship provides insight into the public accounting profession. You will work under multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements. This is a paid, full-time position based in Greenville, South Carolina.
What you'll do#
- Apply accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow tax professionals across all levels of the firm.
- Participate in team building and training initiatives.
- Complete a marketing or research project and present your findings.
- Attend firm social functions, including lunches, happy hours, and community service projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or business administration program.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including same-day travel.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without firm sponsorship.
