About the role#
This position is for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree candidates graduating between December 2026 and Summer 2027. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside colleagues including economists, finance and accounting professionals, and valuation experts. The role involves addressing complex business concerns for clients through rigorous, fact-based analysis.
What you'll do#
- Conduct economic and industry research while analyzing client materials to build an understanding of case issues.
- Perform and develop financial and economic analyses or valuation models to support case theories.
- Investigate accounting irregularities and respond to allegations of fraud, misconduct, waste, and abuse.
- Use accounting and financial skills to prepare analyses of financial data for litigation and expert reports.
- Investigate financial evidence, including records and transactions, to identify trends and anomalies.
- Gather, standardize, and analyze voluminous transactional data.
- Communicate investigative and analytical findings to team members, clients, and other professionals.
- Assist with the drafting of written reports to summarize procedures performed and findings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with a focus in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Solid working knowledge of finance, accounting, and economic methodologies.
- Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate governance, and regulatory environments.
- Experience in gathering, standardizing, and analyzing large volumes of transactional data.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and proficiency with Excel.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Locations: Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Oakland, CA.
- Modality: This is an on-site role. Employees are expected to work from the office at least 3 to 4 days per week.
- Term: Full-time.
