About the role#
The Economics Consulting Analyst/Associate Internship is an 8-10 week program designed to mirror the full-time analyst experience. You will work alongside senior colleagues to deliver live client consulting projects within a specific practice area. This role is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2027 term. Successful interns may receive an offer for a full-time position following graduation.
What you'll do#
- Conduct economic and industry research to understand case issues.
- Perform financial and economic analyses or build valuation models to support case theories.
- Program and build models using languages such as Excel, Stata, R, Python, SQL, or SAS.
- Assist in the production of research summaries, expert reports, and presentation materials.
- Ensure the reliability of all analysis through quality control review.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's or Master's degree candidates graduating between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Academic focus on quantitative research, including Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Experience with Excel, Stata, Python, R, SQL, SAS, ArcGIS/ArcPy, or Cloud computing.
- Demonstrated understanding of economic, financial, or accounting concepts.
- Completion of an honors thesis, research apprenticeship, or research seminar program is highly desired.

- Modality: Hybrid, with an expectation of 3 to 4 days per week in the office.
