About the role#
Charles IT is seeking an Administrative Intern to support daily office operations. This role involves a variety of tasks that change regularly, requiring a team player who is organized and detail oriented. This is a paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Assist with general administrative and office duties.
- Support projects including on-site deliveries, drop-offs, and internal errands.
- Organize office spaces and assist associates to optimize daily operations.
- Navigate and utilize the internal ticketing system.
- Restock office supplies, snacks, and groceries.
- Handle interoffice mail runs between locations.
- Coordinate and set up for internal company events and team gatherings.
- Manage company vehicle scheduling and transport vehicles for maintenance.
- Pick up team meals as needed.
- Provide hands-on support for departments on special projects.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of office equipment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and professional drive.
- Ability to work a minimum of 16 to 20 hours per week.
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.
