About the role#
The Admissions Student Ambassador program is a leadership opportunity for students to assist in the recruitment of future Silverswords. As a member of the Office of Admissions, you will represent the university to prospective students and their families while gaining experience in recruitment and office operations.
What you'll do#
- Lead campus tours and VIP tours for visitors.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Run calling campaigns and social media outreach.
- Prepare promotional item packages and recruitment materials for counselors.
- Audit the Slate platform and input student data.
- Represent the university at on-campus and off-campus events.
What you'll need#
- You must be a full-time Day Undergraduate student at Chaminade University of Honolulu.
- Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Strong verbal and electronic communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google platforms, and Canva.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds and walk the campus with ease.

- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, part-time student worker position with a rolling term.
